Description

As our founding CTO, you will initially be responsible for spearheading the MVP from concept to launch alongside the founder. You will be the go-to person for everything tech-related, translating our mission into a high-performing, scalable mobile application. Once we launch, you will transition into a leadership role, instrumental in recruiting and managing the technical team needed to scale the business.

Our Vision & Roadmap

We are looking for a partner to join us on this trajectory:

  • Months 1–4: Development of a Functional MVP.
  • Months 4–8: Beta Launch followed by intense user feedback and technical iterations.
  • Months 8–12: Official Launch and refinement of the core ecosystem.
  • Year 1+: Focused User Growth and scaling the technical infrastructure + implementing new features

What You’ll Do

  • Spearhead the MVP: Architect, develop, and deploy the initial version of the Loomi app.
  • Technical Roadmap: Own the end-to-end technical strategy, from choosing the tech stack to implementing best practices in security and data privacy.
  • Product Vision: Collaborate directly with the founder to ensure the technical build aligns with our mission to reduce the "invisible burden" of diabetes.
  • Scale the Team: Post-launch, you will lead the search for top-tier engineering talent to help us grow.
  • UX/UI Integration: Bridge the gap between backend logic and frontend experience, ensuring the app is as intuitive as it is powerful.

  • Full-Stack Expert: You have a deep understanding of mobile app development (e.g., Flutter, React Native) and robust backend architecture.
  • Design-Minded: You don’t just write code; you have a strong eye for UI/UX and understand how design impacts the user’s mental load.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can balance "building for now" with "designing for later," ensuring our code is clean and scalable.
